We do our own concrete

Most patio companies hire another company to pour the slab. We started in concrete, so we do both.

Footings sized for the build

We set the footings, the slope and the joint layout for the structure going on top, because we're the ones building it. Nothing gets bolted to a slab that wasn't poured for it.

The concrete

What we do differently on the slab

Stamped, stained, scored, banded or broom finished. Whatever the finish, these four things are decided before the truck shows up.

Colors picked on site. You see the stamp and the stain on your slab, in your light, before we commit to it.
Joints cut on purpose. Control joints go where the design wants them, so concrete cracks along a line instead of across the middle.
Drainage set first. Texas storms find every flat spot. We set the slope before a form board goes down.
Sealed to hold. Finished work gets sealed so the color survives the sun and the seasons.

You see the design and the price before anyone touches the yard.

We look at the size and materials you picked and send back what that job has cost us to build. By text or a call, whichever you prefer.

If the range works, we come measure

Free visit. We check drainage, the roofline and where the utilities run, then put a written price and a layout together. If it didn't, we stop here.

One crew builds it

Concrete, framing, stone and finish work on one schedule, with the same people from the first form board to the last cut.
